Our brand-new menu offers a host of British classics with a contemporary Yorkshire twist, thanks to our passionate resident Head Chef Lee Miller. We serve the best quality, freshly prepared dishes that are cooked with care, using a variety of locally sourced ingredients that will make you want to eat with us again and again.
From classic prime cut steaks, gently spit roasted joints and succulent fresh seafood, Kitchen @ LS1 is the perfect place to be for lunch or dinner. Our puddings create quite a stir too with irresistible temptations such as sticky toffee and roasted nut pudding and lemon drizzle cheesecake.
You can also enjoy a range of signature cocktails, local ales, hand-selected wines and a selection of teas and coffees all day, every day.

Chef Miller is currently with interstate Hotels & IHG Group, developing new trends and food offerings across the group.
Currently based at the Crowne Plaza Leeds, that has undergone a £4.5 million refurbishment, where he is the Head Chef of Bar & Kitchen @ LS1, which offers contemporary British classics, with a Yorkshire twist.
April 2019 has seen a new menu introduced, incorporating Lee’s passion for a healthy approach to dining, whilst exploring more vegan options.
